ali66 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and ali66 (hereinafter referred to as "ali66", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ali66.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

By accessing the ali66 Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a promotional offer, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register for and maintain an account on the ali66 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ali66 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities in accordance with international gaming standards.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of ali66 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the ali66 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided to ali66 is true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your account. Providing false or misleading information, including misrepresentation of age, is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.1 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the ali66 Platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds. If you become aware that duplicate accounts exist under your details, you must contact our support team immediately.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Process

ali66 is required to conduct identity verification on all registered players, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. The KYC process may be initiated at registration, upon any withdrawal request, or at any time that ali66 deems appropriate.

Documents you may be required to submit include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank account statement)
• Source of funds documentation in cases of high-value transactions

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by ali66 may result in withdrawal restrictions, account suspension, or account closure. ali66 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. ali66 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately.

Your ali66 account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the Platform solely for your own entertainment and personal wagering, and not on behalf of any third party. The following conditions apply at all times:

• You must not allow any third party to access your account or place bets or wagers on your behalf.
• You must ensure all activity on your account complies with these Terms, including all applicable Game Rules and Bonus Terms.
• You must promptly notify ali66 of any inaccuracies in your account balance or transaction history.
• You must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access the Platform or to place bets or wagers.
• All funds in your account must have a legitimate source. ali66 cooperates with authorities in the detection and reporting of suspected money laundering activity.

6.1 Deposits

ali66 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and cryptocurrency equivalents (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). Supported MYR deposit channels include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, and FPX. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 or the cryptocurrency equivalent thereof. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are communicated in your account dashboard.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within minutes. ali66 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or blockchain network congestion.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification and compliance with all applicable Bonus Terms (including completion of any outstanding wagering requirements). Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. ali66 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

ali66 targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes (subject to verification status):

• DuitNow / FPX: Typically within minutes for verified accounts
• e-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Within 1–2 hours for verified accounts
• Cryptocurrency: Within 1–24 hours subject to network conditions
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days

ali66 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, cryptocurrency network (gas) fees are borne by the player and deducted from the withdrawal amount where applicable. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the player dashboard.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not had any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as dormant. ali66 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee, which shall not exceed RM 20 per calendar month, to dormant accounts with a positive real money balance. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce an account balance below zero.

ali66 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated in the relevant promotional materials:

• Bonuses are available to verified members who are in good standing with their accounts and have satisfied applicable eligibility criteria.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, standard wagering requirements are 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings will be voided without notice.
• Real money funds are used in wagering before bonus funds, unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except upon satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.
• ali66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, subject to obligations to honour bonuses already accepted in good faith.
• Where ali66 reasonably suspects that a player is abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns, or bonus-targeting strategies — ali66 reserves the right to forfeit the relevant bonus and associated winnings.

7.1 Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus

ali66's 2% crypto deposit bonus (up to MYR 688 per transaction) applies to deposits made via BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB. The bonus is credited automatically upon deposit confirmation. Standard wagering requirements and bonus validity periods apply. This bonus may not be combined with other concurrent deposit bonuses unless expressly stated.

7.2 VIP Programme

Membership in ali66's VIP Programme is governed by tier-specific terms communicated within the VIP section of the Platform. Tier allocations, cashback rates, and associated benefits are reviewed monthly based on recorded turnover. ali66 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefit structures, and membership criteria at any time with reasonable notice.

All games and betting markets available on the ali66 Platform are governed by individual Game Rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. These Terms apply in conjunction with, and in the event of any conflict shall prevail over, individual Game Rules unless expressly stated otherwise.

8.1 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published RTP percentages reflect long-term theoretical return rates and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions. The house edge applies to all casino games. Progressive jackpot pools are funded by contributions from across the player network and are subject to individual jackpot game terms.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered on events including but not limited to the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and e-sports competitions. Bets are accepted subject to available odds at the time of placement. In-play (live) bets are subject to additional terms and may be suspended at ali66's discretion during periods of network instability or event disruption.

ali66 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) odds were offered in error; (b) a bet was placed after the relevant event or period had concluded; (c) fraudulent activity is suspected; or (d) the event is abandoned or significantly altered prior to its conclusion in a manner not covered by specific settlement rules.

8.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with published settlement rules applicable to each market. In cases of dispute regarding bet settlement, ali66's decision, made with reference to official data sources, shall be final. Settlement queries must be raised within 72 hours of the disputed settlement via the official support channel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ali66 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own details or using third-party details.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with ali66.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, exploit promotional offers, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus offers, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of fair play.
• Laundering money or using the Platform as a conduit for any financial crime, including structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any payment made to ali66 through a financial institution without first raising the matter through ali66's official dispute resolution process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, if you are aware that such a prohibition applies to you.
• Engaging in harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at ali66 staff or other players.

ali66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and ensuring that gaming on our Platform remains an enjoyable form of entertainment. We provide a range of responsible gambling tools accessible via your account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum net loss thresholds.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders and automatic logouts after a defined play period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for an extended period exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by ali66

ali66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Account registered or used by a person under the age of 21.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within requested timeframes.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 of these Terms.
• ali66's decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, ali66 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with the nature and severity of the breach. Any such forfeiture will be communicated with reasons where legally permissible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ali66, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

ali66 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or entirely secure. While we take all reasonable measures to maintain Platform availability and security, temporary downtime for maintenance, system upgrades, or force majeure events may occur. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability during such periods.

In no event shall ali66's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement exceed the total real money funds held in your account at the time the relevant claim arises.

All content on the ali66 Platform, including but not limited to its software, source code, design elements, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, video content, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of ali66 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from ali66.

ali66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ali66 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Where amendments are made to comply with regulatory requirements or to address security vulnerabilities, they may take effect immediately without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ali66's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support channel shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set forth by the relevant licensing authority.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact ali66's support team at the address provided in Section 16 and allow a period of thirty (30) days for informal resolution. All formal dispute submissions must be made in English and accompanied by relevant supporting documentation.
